Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning <br /> and Zoning Commission of Centerville held their regular <br /> meeting on Tuesday, December 3, 1985 at City Hall. Acting <br /> Chairman Buesseler called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M. <br /> Present: Welk, Murray, Lindgren. Absent: Chairman Tourville. <br /> Motion by Murray, second by Lindgren to accept the minutes <br /> of the November 5, 1985 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Discussion on dog ordinance and procedure for enforcing <br /> vaccination requirements of ordinance. Clerk will bring <br /> written procedure to next Planning and Zoning meeting for <br /> their review. Clerk will request copies of the City of <br /> Minneapolis cat ordinance. <br /> Clerk will check with Harvey on an easel or tripod. <br /> Discussion on Ordinance A. Planning and Zoning members <br /> felt looking at the zoning districts was the first order <br /> of business. They felt they needed the help of a planner <br /> to accomplish this task. This matter was tabled until the <br /> February meeting at which time it is hoped the new city <br /> planner and councilmembers will be in attendance. <br /> Clerk will contact the League of Minnesota Cities and the <br /> City of Lexington for examples of zoning districts. <br /> Clerk will check with Harstad -Todd Corporation on future <br /> plans in Centerville. <br /> Motion by Lindgren, second by Welk to adjourn meeting. <br /> Meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. <br /> Respectively submitted, <br /> Debra Gonsior <br /> Clerk /Treasurer <br />
