Failure to obtain prior approval will be considered a misdemeanor and <br /> will subject the violator to a fine plus all costs associated with any <br /> corrections as required by the City. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> OI.A BUSINESS <br /> ADULT ORDINANCE <br /> MOTION by Vermeulen, second by Welk to adopt the Adult Entertainment Study. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION by Welk, second by Vermeulen to recommend Amendment to Ordinance 4 with <br /> the distance of 500 feet versus 350 feet. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> MOTION by Vermeulen, second by LaMotte to recommend adopting Adult Ordinance. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Note: A copy of the study and ordinance will be placed in the minute book following <br /> these minutes. <br /> PAWN SHOPS <br /> MOTION by Tourville, second by LaMotte to table this issue until the end of the <br /> legislature session.
