CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> TUESDAY, AUGUST 1, 1995 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City <br /> of Centerville held their regular meeting on Tuesday, August 1, 1995, at the City Hall. <br /> Chairman Tourville called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> Present: Tourville, Welk, LaMotte <br /> Absent: Vermeulen, Drilling <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> APPROVAL OF JULY 11, 1995 MEETING MINUTES <br /> MOTION by Welk, second by LaMotte to approve the meeting minutes of July 11, 1995, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> NORTHERN FOREST PRODUCTS SITE PLAN REVIEW <br /> Representatives from Northern Forest Products present at meeting: <br /> Bruce Devereaux, Owner/Partner <br /> Craig Devereaux, Son of Bruce Devereaux <br /> Management Team <br /> Paul McDowell, President and Owner <br /> Ty Hengemuehle, Yard Manager <br /> Jim Tricker, Sales Manager <br /> Construction Rep. <br /> Jeff Henzel, Greystone Construction <br /> McDowell gave a brief background of the company and their operations, this is listed in <br /> their profile which is attached to the minutes. <br /> They are currently leasing space in downtown Minneapolis. <br /> Henzel went over the site plan with the member of Planning and Zoning. <br /> • He stated they met all setbacks. <br /> • The floodplain elevation is still in question with the Engineer. <br /> • They have a 2% slope for drainage which is the ideal percentage to have. <br /> 1 <br />
