So for that amount of building it will <br /> 250 create a burden to the city for at least two years and in the <br /> 251 mean time the taxes for the rest of the residents will increase <br /> 252 by 10 %. <br /> 253 <br /> 254 Tourville stated that before Council would make a decision they <br /> 255 would talk with Carolyn Drude, a financial advisor for Ehlers and <br /> 256 Associates. <br /> 257 <br /> 258 Laura Powers- Rasmussen, 7173 Brian Drive, addressed the question <br /> 259 earlier of the problem with the ACCAP homes and stated that they <br /> 260 are being checked into. She also stated to Kornovich that the <br /> 261 community deserves the same information given to the city for <br /> 262 future meetings. Powers- Rasmussen also expressed that the <br /> 263 community wanted to stay a small community. She also addressed <br /> 264 the question of the notices given out, she said that it would not <br /> 265 be in the best interest of the city to mailings to each resident <br /> 266 because of the cost involved. <br /> 267 <br /> 268 Deborah Bland, 1971 S.
