PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> TUESDAY, JUNE 7, 1994 - 7:00 P.M. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> on Tuesday, June 7, 1994 at the City Hall. Chairperson Tourville <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Present: Drilling, <br /> LaMotte, Welk. Absent: Vermeulen. <br /> City Council Liaison Wilharber arrived at 8:40 p.m. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> May 4. 1994 Meeting Minutes. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Tourville to approve the May 4, <br /> 1994 meeting minutes; AYE - Drilling; AYE - Tourville; AYE - <br /> Welk; ABSTAIN - LaMotte, motion carried. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Ordinance #4. Article 7 - Definitions. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the draft of <br /> amendments and additions to Ordinance #4, Article 7- <br /> Definitions. A copy is attached to and made a part of these <br /> minutes. <br /> It appeared to be the consensus of the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission to direct City staff to assemble the changes suggested <br /> to date regarding the updating of Ordinance #4 for discussion at <br /> the next meeting. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> 1995 Budget. <br /> It was noted the 1995 Budget was placed on the agenda to allow <br /> the alannina and Toning Commission time to start thinking about <br /> the dollar amount to be requested from the City Council. <br /> Motion by Tourville, second by Drilling to table discussion of <br /> the 1995 Planning and Zoning Commission Budget, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Comprehensive Plan - MUSA Extension. <br /> Chairperson Tourville updated the Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> regarding the joint meeting of the City Council, Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission, Park and Recreation Committee and the Economic <br /> Development Committee regarding the updating of the Comprehensive <br /> Plan and extension of the MUSA. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed a map prepared by <br /> City staff highlighting properties located within the MUSA which <br /> are undeveloped. <br />
