Article 3. Section 39 <br /> SPORTING. ATHLETIC AND MUSIC EVENTS. Subdivision 39.01 and 39.01- <br /> 2. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by LaMotte to recommend to the City <br /> Council the approval of an amendment to Ordinance #4, Article 3, <br /> Section 39 SPORTING, ATHLETIC AND MUSIC EVENTS, Subdivision 39.01 <br /> and 39.01 -2 as follows: <br /> NOW READS: <br /> 39.01 Sporting, athletic, and music concert events, as <br /> defined herein, shall be permitted by special use <br /> permit in the residence districts of the City of <br /> Centerville, subject to the following <br /> requirements: <br /> AMEND TO READ: <br /> 39.01 Sporting, athletic, and music concert events, as <br /> defined herein, shall be permitted by special use <br /> permit in the *City of Centerville, subject to the <br /> following requirements: <br /> NOW READS: <br /> 39.01 -2 Such activities shall be considered a special use <br /> within all residential districts of the City and <br /> shall require a permit therefore. The City shall <br /> have the right to make provisions in such permit <br /> for insuring public health and sanitation, traffic <br /> regulation, noise and litter control and <br /> regulation on the number of events that may be <br /> conducted on specific site. <br /> AMEND TO READ: <br /> 39.01 -2 Such activities shall be considered a special use <br /> within all *of the City and shall require a permit <br /> therefore.
