Public hearing adjourned 7:25 p.m. PUBLIC HEARING - AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE 34, ARTICLE 3, SECTION 34.05 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville held a public hearing on Tuesday, July 6, 1993 at the City Hall. The purpose of the public hearing was to hear all persons present regarding the possibility of amending Ordinance #4, Article 3, Section 34.05 as follows: NOW READS: ATTACHED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS. In case an accessory building is attached to the main building, it shall be made structurally a part of the main building and shall comply in all respects with the requirements of this ordinance applicable to the main building. An accessory building, unless attached to and made a part of the main building, shall not be closer than five (5) feet to the main building, except as otherwise provided in this section. All accessory building and structures are subiect to compliance with Section 34.06 AMOUNT OF YARD OCCUPIED.
