In the <br /> R2A. R -2 and R -5 zoning districts a detached <br /> accessory building not over one story and not <br /> exceeding fourteen (14) feet in height may <br /> occupy not to exceed ten (10) percent square <br /> footage of the area of any rear yard. The <br /> height of the accessory building shall not <br /> exceed the height of the primary building. <br /> 34.06.2 AMOUNT OF YARD OCCUPIED. In the <br /> R -4 zoning district, a detached accessory <br /> building not over one story and not exceeding <br /> fourteen (14) feet in height may occupy not <br /> to exceed fifteen (15) percent square footage <br /> of the area of any rear yard. The height of <br /> the accessory building shall not exceed the <br /> height of the primer _building. <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Chairperson Tourville requested that City Staff contact the City <br /> Attorney for a legal opinion regarding the latitude regarding the <br /> above addition which was not included in the public hearing <br /> notice. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Tourville to table the possibility <br /> of amending Ordinance #4, Section 34.05 ATTACHED ACCESSORY <br /> BUILDINGS and review of Ordinance #4, Article 7 for further <br /> review at a future meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Possibility of Rezoning - Peltier Take Hills. Second Addition. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed a letter dated April <br /> 5, 1993 from Greg Hellings, City Attorney, regarding Peltier Lake <br /> Hills Second Addition. <br /> A copy of this letter is on file with the City of Centerville_ <br /> Chairperson Tourville questioned if the normal procedures for <br /> rezoning would need to be followed, since the City appears to <br /> have made the error. Chairperson Tourville suggested the <br /> proposed rezoning public hearing be held in conjunction with <br /> another public hearing. <br /> Chairperson Tourville requested City Staff to ask Greg Hellings, <br /> City Attorney, for his opinion regarding the steps necessary to <br /> rezone Peltier Lake Hills, Second Addition, in view of the fact <br /> that the property is already sewered residential. <br />
