P &Z MEETING MINUTES <br /> FEBRUARY 2, 1993 <br /> PAGE FIVE <br /> - a twenty - thirty foot walkway /trailway easement <br /> along the ditch area be incorporated into the <br /> plan; <br /> - a sidewalk along the west side of Ojibway Road on <br /> the northern section of the plan is included; <br /> - that the City develop the twenty - thirty foot <br /> walkway /trailway easement be developed <br /> simultaneously with the planned Regional Detention <br /> Pond; <br /> - that an "S" curve (Ojibway Road and Mill Road) be <br /> incorporated on the northern section of the plan; <br /> - an easement between Lots 4 and 5, Block 3 of the <br /> southern section of the plan be included for <br /> access to the proposed park land; <br /> - and a 60 foot easement with a "T" turnaround <br /> between Lot 9, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 be <br /> included, <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by LaMotte to recommend that the <br /> Preliminary Plat Public Hearing be scheduled at the City Council <br /> level, motion carried unanimously. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Committee noted that at a previous <br /> meeting a recommendation was made regarding the rezoning of the <br /> proposed Acorn Creek development_ <br /> `fir. Renbein noted that bigger lots do not guarantee 'larger homes. <br /> Mr. Reiibe ii expressed that the City can nec have both_ <br /> Acting Chairperson Welk noted that many people have expressed <br /> that their reason for moving to Centerville was the open space <br /> and larger lots. <br /> Acting Chairperson Welk and Commission member Vermeulen noted <br /> that the larger home requirement shou ld be addressed in the <br /> Developer's Agreement. <br /> Possibility of Amenrllne Ordfnanne #4 to Allow for Onlv One <br /> Acceesory Building (Stage Shed) per Lot <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Vermeulen to table discussion until <br /> the next meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: <br /> Nomination o£ Chairperson and Actin Chairperson <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Vermeulen to table the nomination of <br /> Chairperson an Acting Chairperson to the next meeting, motion <br /> carried unanimously_ <br />
