Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> • <br /> on Tuesday, October 13, 1992 at the City Hall. Chairperson <br /> meeting to order at 7:10 Tourville called the m�_,ing .o .m. Present: p <br /> LaMotte, Vermeulen, Welk. Absent: Drilling. <br /> • MINUTES <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by LaMotte to approve the September <br /> 8, 1992 meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Revjew of Ordinance #4. Article 4. 5 and 6 <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission members discussed possible <br /> changes to Ordinance #4, Article 4, 5 and 6. <br /> It appeared to be in consensus that at the next meeting Ordinance <br /> #4, Article 7 would be reviewed. <br /> City Staff shall ask the Building Inspector for input regarding <br /> revision of Ordinance #4, Article 7. It was also suggested that <br /> examples from other cities with regard to definitions may be <br /> helpful. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
