Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> on Tuesday, July 14, 1992 at the City Hall. Chairperson <br /> Tourville called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. Present: <br /> LaMotte, Vermeulen, Welk. Absent: Drilling. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to approve the June 9, 1992 <br /> meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> Review of Ordinance #4. Section 35 through 37 <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission members discussed possible <br /> changes to Ordinance #4, Section 35 through 37. <br /> It appeared to be in consensus that at the next meeting Ordinance <br /> #4, Articles 4 & 5 would be reviewed. Also to be included in the <br /> packet will the changes discussed to date. <br /> ADJOURN <br /> Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
