|• <br /> | <br /> D -R-A-F- T <br /> � As approved by the Planning and Zonining Commission <br /> May 12, 1992 <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> COUNTY OF ANpKA <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> This Special Use Permit is granted by the City of Centerville, <br /> Anoka County, Minnesota this ____ day of , 1992^ <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Sorg, Jr. (''Permittee") has applied for a Special <br /> Use Permit for site plan approval for construction of a <br /> welding job shop building described below within the City of <br /> Centerville, Minnesota; and <br /> WHEREAS, such Special Use Permit is required by Zoning Ordinance <br /> #4, Appendix B - Industrial District, B`10 Site Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, after review the City Council has approved the granting <br /> of such Special Use Permit subject to the following <br /> conditions. <br /> , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED as follows: <br /> 1. That Robert Sorg, Jr. shall be granted a Special Use <br /> Permit for a site plan to construct a welding job shop <br /> building on property located at 7076 21st Avenue, <br /> Centerville, Minnescta legally described as <br /> Lot 8, Block 1, Industrial Park, <br /> 2. That this Special Use Permit is conditioned upon the <br /> following: <br /> (a) All construction activities upon such <br /> property shall comply with Ordinance #4 of <br /> the City of Centerville and any other <br /> building and zoning codes or ordinances <br /> applicable to the property <br /> (b) Permittee shall ensure that such plan <br /> according to the site plan attached to and <br /> made a part hereof as Exhibit A. Any changes <br /> from such site plan must be approved by the <br /> City Council" <br /> (c) The maximum number of employees shall be <br /> dictated by the corresponding number of <br /> parking spaces as defined in Ordinance #4, <br /> Table C, Schedule of District Regulations Off <br /> 41/ Table <br /> Parking Spares, Industrial Use <br />
