Meeting Minutes - P & Z <br /> September 4, 1990 <br /> page two <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held a public hearing on <br /> September 4, 1990 at City Hall. The purpose was to hear all <br /> persons present regarding the possibility of the following <br /> amendment to Ordinance #4: <br /> Appendix A - Commercial District <br /> delete: Section A -10 Site Plan. Site plans for all <br /> developments require special use permits prior to <br /> the issuance of building permits. At least the <br /> following information shall be submitted for <br /> review: <br /> (1.) Site development plan. <br /> (2.) Building plans, including building <br /> elevations, indicating mass, building <br /> materials, and color of all exterior <br /> surfaces, including all materials proposed to <br /> meet the screening requirements of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> (3.) Landscape plans, including the number, <br /> species, and size of all plantings. <br /> (4.) Grading, drainage, and utility plans. <br /> Appendix B - Industrial District <br /> delete: Section B -10 $ite Plan. Site plans for all <br /> developments require special use permits prior to <br /> the issuance of building permits. At least the <br /> following information shall be submitted for <br /> review: <br /> (1.) Site development plan. <br /> (2.) Building plans, including building <br /> elevations, indicating mass, building <br /> materials, and color of all exterior <br /> surfaces, including all materials proposed to <br /> meet the screening requirements of this <br /> Ordinance. <br /> (3.) Landscape plans, including the number, <br /> species, and size of all plantings. <br /> (4.) Grading, drainage, and utility plans. <br /> Chairman Tourville called the public hearing to order at 7:19 <br /> p.m. Present: Drilling, Wilharber, Liaison Burgstahler. <br /> Absent: Welk, Vermeulen. <br /> Chairman Tourville commented that it was not the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission's intent to delete the entire site plan <br /> requirements from the ordinance, only the special use permit. <br />
