r <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held a public hearing on <br /> January 4, 1990 at City Hall. The purpose of the meeting was to <br /> hear all persons present regarding the possibility of rezoning <br /> the property described as follows: <br /> The North 10 acres of the W 1/2 of the NE quarter of the NE <br /> quarter, section 23, township 31, range 22, Anoka County, <br /> Minnesota. <br /> The proposed rezoning will be from Rural Residential (R -1), to <br /> High Density Single Family Residential Sewered (R -2A). <br /> Chairman Tourville called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. <br /> Present: Vermeulen, Welk, Wilharber. Absent: Drilling. <br /> Gerald Rehbein, 6266 Otter Lake Road, Lino Lakes, owner of the <br /> property proposed for rezoning was present in the audience. No <br /> other persons were present in the audience. <br /> A short discussion took place between the Commission members and <br /> Mr. Rehbein. Mr. Rehbein noted that there may he some <br /> inconsistencies with his preliminary plat, but there is still <br /> time to correct any errors, since it is not the final plat. <br /> Chairman Tourville advised Mr. Rehbein to review Ordinance #S, <br /> section 43 as to the requirements of final plats. <br /> Motion by Welk, second by Vermeulen to adjourn the public <br /> hearing, motion carried unanimously. Public hearing adjourned at <br /> 7:20 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held a public hearing on <br /> January 4, 1990 at City Hall. The purpose of the public hearing <br /> was to hear all persons present regarding the possibility of <br /> rezoning the property described as follows: <br /> The South half of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section 24 31 <br /> 22 except the part described as follows: <br /> Commencing at NW corner of said 1/4, 1/4, then South on <br /> West line thereof 766 ft to point of beginning, then <br /> East and parallel with North line of said 1/4, 1/4, 260 <br /> ft, then South and parallel with said West line 167.54 <br /> ft, then West and parallel with said North line 260 ft, <br /> to said West line to point of beginning; except roads, <br /> subject to easement of Rec. <br /> commonly known as NE of the intersection of 20th - Avenue <br /> and Main Street, Centerville, MN. The proposed rezoning <br /> will be from Industrial (I -1) to Commercial (B -1). <br /> Gerald Rehbein, 6266 Otter Lake Road, Lino Lakes, was present in <br /> the audience.
