Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission of the City of Centerville held its re- scheduled regular <br /> meeting on June 19, 1989, at 7:00 p.m. Present: Lindgren. Absent: <br /> Welk, Drilling, Tourville, Vermeulen. There was not a quorum. There <br /> was no call to order. <br /> Audience member present was Gerry Rehbein, 6805 - 20th Avenue South. <br /> Commission member Lindgren recommended Mr. Rehbein approach the City <br /> Council directly with his request to do phase II of Hardwood Pond <br /> Estates as the Planning and Zoning Commission hasn't been able to <br /> convene a meeting. <br /> The next Planning and Zoning meeting is on July 5, 1989, at 7:00 p.m. <br /> Those present disbursed at 7:20 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Debra Gonsior <br /> Recorder <br />
