The Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing to hear persons <br /> regarding the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendments was held <br /> April 20, 1989, at 7:15 p.m. Present: Welk, Vermeulen. Absent: <br /> Tourville, Drilling, Lindgren. No quorum was present. <br /> Also present was Mayor Haberman, Council member Neumann, Council <br /> member Pelton, Council member Neumann, Park and Recreation member <br /> Paschke, and City Planner Andrew Mack. <br /> Audience members present were: Kay Huber and Cliff Thatcher of <br /> Acorn Investments. <br /> Andrew Mack, City Planner, gave a short presentation on the <br /> proposed amendments for persons who were present.
