He stated that he likes most of <br /> the planner's recommendations, but must discuss them with his <br /> surveyor. He will come back to P & Z in September after the <br /> Planner's Report is reviewed by the surveyor and any recommended <br /> changes are made. <br /> Discussion of 1989 P • Z budget. It was decided to complete the <br /> map project that began in 1988. The following budget was <br /> decided: <br /> $900.00 - for meetings <br /> $100.00 - for seminars <br /> $1,000.00 - for maps <br /> $30.00 - for League of Minnesota Cities magazine (If two <br /> members would want it.) <br /> The item concerning the Minnesota Cities magazine was tabled <br /> until next month for Assistant Clerk to ask members Vermeuien and <br /> Welk if they would like to have it. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Lindgren to adjourn the meeting, <br /> motion carried unanimously.
