To Section 24. SCHEDULE OF REGULATIONS. add "R -2A" to the <br /> paragraph between "R -2" and "R -3 ". <br /> Also Section 24. SCHEDULE OF REGULATIONS. add: <br /> (7) All future new dwellings shall have an attached double <br /> garage of a minimum 440 square feet. <br /> Delete Section 34.02 -5. and add Section 25.11 "FENCES" with the <br /> following wording: <br /> 1. Fences shall be located entirely upon the private <br /> property of the owner constructing such fence. <br /> 2. Every fence shall be constructed in a substantial, <br /> skillful manner and of substantial material reasonably <br /> suitable for the purpose for which the fence is <br /> proposed to be used. Every fence shall be maintained <br /> in a condition of reasonable repair and shall not be <br /> allowed to become and remain in a condition of <br /> disrepair or danger, or constitute a nuisance. <br /> 3. On any corner lot, no fence greater than three (3) feet <br /> above the center line grades for the adjacent <br /> intersecting streets, shall be erected in the <br /> triangle formed by the front lot line, side street <br /> lot line, or street right -of -way, if different, <br /> and a straight line joining points on such <br /> property lines twenty -five (25) feet from their <br /> intersection at the corner of the lot. <br /> 4. Fences erected in the front yard shall not exceed four <br /> (4) feet in height. Fences in yards other than a front <br /> yard, and in other than residential districts, shall <br /> not exceed six (6) feet in height. <br /> 5. The framing material of fences in residential districts <br /> shall be placed on the owner's side of the fence or <br /> equally on both sides. Chain link and other mesh <br /> fences shall have knuckled ends at both top and bottom. <br /> 6. Required fencing material. Wood fencing material shall <br /> consist of redwood, cedar or an approved equal. Also <br /> approved is chain link fencing material with corrosion <br /> protection. <br /> Also Section 34.07 -2, (1) delete all of wording and reword as <br /> follows: <br /> (1) They are erected at least thirty -five (35) feet back <br /> from the street right -of -way. <br />
