permits. At least the following information shall be <br /> submitted for review: <br /> (1.) Site development plan. <br /> (2.) Building plans, including building elevations, <br /> indicating mass, building materials, and color of all <br /> exterior surfaces, including all materials proposed to <br /> meet the screening requirements of this Ordinance. <br /> (3.) Landscape plans, including the number, species, and <br /> size of all plantings. <br /> (4.) Grading, drainage, and utility plans. <br /> B -11 - Accessory Structures. Garages accessory structures, <br /> screen walls and exposed areas of retaining walls shall be <br /> of similar type, quality, and appearance as the principal <br /> structure, <br /> B -12 - Exterior of Building. All buildings shall be finished on <br /> all sides with permanent finished materials of consistent <br /> quality. <br /> B -13 - Permitted Encroachments. The following shall not be <br /> considered as encroachments on setbacks subject to other <br /> conditions within this ordinance: <br /> Off street open parking spaces, flues, belt course, leaders, <br /> sills, pilaster, lintels, cornices, eaves, gutters, awnings, <br /> open terraces, service station pump islands *, open canopies, <br /> steps, chimneys, flag poles, ornamental features, open fire <br /> escapes, sidewalks, and fences, except as hereinafter <br /> amended. <br /> B -14 - Exterior Merchandise.
