PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE #4 <br /> TABLE B SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS LOT AND YARD <br /> REQUIREMENTS <br /> Amend to: <br /> YARD SETBACK (FEET) <br /> FRONT ++ ma BIDE <br /> B - 1 COMMRRCTAT, <br /> All uses 30 30 20 <br /> Amend to: <br /> ( + +) From the edge of the street right of way. Sites abutting <br /> County Roads shall require a review by the County Engineer. <br /> Where adjacent structures have front yard setbacks different from <br /> those required the front yard set -back shall conform to the <br /> average set -back of '.the adjacent structures. If only one <br /> adjacent lot is occupied by a structure, the front yard set -back <br /> shall be the average of the required set -back and that of <br /> adjacent structure. <br /> Addition.of Appendix A -- COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br /> Section: <br /> A -1 - Purpose. The purpose of the Commercial District is to <br /> provide for a limited mixture of land uses, made mutually <br /> compatible through controls and high quality standard. To <br /> facilitate more intensive and higher valued development and <br /> redevelopment of areas convenient to the Metropolitan market <br /> Area. This District shall allow opportunities to integrate <br /> quality . commercial uses, providing the opportunity to benefit <br /> from excellent visibility from major arterial routes in <br /> conjunction with major local thoroughfares. <br /> A -2 - General Minimum Reanirrmentr. Tpe following minimum <br /> requirements, as set forth in Appendix A herein, shall apply <br /> to all .buildings that may be erected, converted or <br /> structurally altered in Commercial Districts. <br /> A - - Permitted Prinr,inal Uses/Uses Permitted on Special Use <br /> 'Permit. As provided in TABLE A - SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT <br /> REGULATIONS, PERMITTED AND SPECIAL USES in this ordinance. <br /> A -4 - Sethank. See TABLE B - SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS <br /> LOT AND YARD REQUIREMENTS. <br /> A -5 - Building Height in Commercial DiRtrinta.
