Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Centerville held a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 5, 1988. Chairman Tourville called the hearing to order at 7:10 p.m. Present: Welk, Vermeulen, Drilling, Lindgren, and Council liaison Burgstahler.
