Carley and Associates, dated September 22, <br /> 1976, a sanitary service line extends to the property on the north border <br /> approximately 90 feet west of the northeast property corner. As verified <br /> with Milner W. Carley and Associates, all sewer services shown on this set of <br /> plans are 4" diameter extra heavy cast iron pipe.
