Park & Recreation - January 3, 1996 Meeting Minutes <br /> The warming house had a broken window on the pleasure side. It will be fixed this <br /> weekend. The police were notified and an insurance claim will be attempted. The <br /> attendants are working out well. Public Works is doing a great job responding to rink <br /> needs. Fogerty and Johnson will assist in managing the rink during Navin's absence. The <br /> Christmas season was a great success. <br /> CHRISTMAS TREE FITNT) RAISER <br /> Attached to the minutes is an update provided by Larson, due to his absence at the <br /> meeting. P &R requests staff to send thank yous to those listed, from the P &R committee <br /> to be signed by D. Larson. <br /> JOINT MEETING WITH LINO 1 AKE,S PARK & RECREATION <br /> Johnson and Zoff Felton will try to attend the Lino Lakes joint ADA meeting on January <br /> 9, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. <br /> KASSAN V <br /> P &R requests that staff respond to Kassan V, respectfully declining their request. P &R <br /> recommends that the City Council start land banking ponds and ditches existing and <br /> created so that if the need arises to fill any in the future, there are some registered. The <br /> city needs to fill wetlands when the trail along Centerville Road and County Road 14 is <br /> developed. <br /> SET AGENDA FOR FERRI TARY <br /> LaMotte Update; Grant Update; Rink Update; ADA meeting update; Golf on Ice; <br /> Appearance by Lino Lakes (P &R requests the City Clerk work with B.
