For longest drive, foursome with best score closest to <br /> pin winners should pick own prize. <br /> 2. Marking Course <br /> a, women's tee (shorter) <br /> b. double mark flags <br /> c. use bigger glow sticks on flags. <br /> 3. Volunteers - 4 -- 5 more people are needed. <br /> motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Dixon, second by Drilling to send Steve Appel, %25. <br /> Centerville Road, a letter and gift certificate for the <br /> "misunderstanding" on longest drive award, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION'S REQUEST FOR JOINT MEETING <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee would like to meet. The <br /> meeting date can either be at a special meeting on October 23, <br /> 1990 or at Planning and Zoning Commission's November 6, 1990 <br /> meeting or possibly at Park and Recreation Committee's. November <br /> 13, 1990 meeting. <br /> Motion by Downing, second by LeTendre to request. that any maps <br /> drawn by developers that, are asking for park decisions by Jive to <br /> the Park and Recreation Committee, motion carried unanimously. <br /> MATTING <br /> Decision made at previous meeting. $1,300 materials. Doug Bloom <br /> - labor donation. Thank you letter should be sent to him upon <br /> completion. <br /> ±OTNT POWERS <br /> Member Drilling asked a question regarding the Lino Lakes desire <br /> for two votes. <br /> Comments were made by Member LeTendre regarding. withdrawal of <br /> parties. <br /> Motion by Drilling, second by Downing to request <br /> Clerk /Administrator to sent letter to Marty Asieson, Lino Lakes <br /> Supervisor of Parks, asking what criterion is ugh t- - d to <br /> determine number of votes allowed per city, motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br />
