Chairman Dixon <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Present: Drilling, <br /> Reisdorfer, LeTendre, Downing. <br /> NIGHT GQT.F FUND RATSER <br /> - Pat Downing is in charge of the brochure /flyer. <br /> - Linda Drilling is in charge of publication. <br /> - All information needs to be given to Tamara M. Milts- <br /> Miller, Clerk /Administrator by August 1, 1990 for the <br /> City Newsletter. <br /> - Two date: September 7, 1990 and October 5, 1990. <br /> - $20 fee includes green fees, (9 holes), door prizes, <br /> one glow ball, glow tee and glow stick. <br /> - Checks are to be sent to Pat Downing. <br /> - Questions can be answered by Neil Reisdorfer or Pat <br /> Downing. <br /> - Golfers should meet at Chominoix Golf Course at 8:00 <br /> p.m. <br /> - People getting door prizes: <br /> - Jerry LeTendre - Circle Pines <br /> - Mark Verplaetse - Lexington <br /> - Linda Drilling - Centerville <br /> - Pat Downing - Hugo <br /> - Proceeds for Centerville Parks. <br /> GRAND OPENING <br /> - Games, volleyball, concessions <br /> - September 8, 1990 - 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. <br /> - Hockey rink dedication to Dick Garly <br /> - Jerry LeTendre will get sign for hockey rink <br /> - In warming house a list of all volunteers will be <br /> posted <br /> j991 BUDGET <br /> - Total money needed (to be asked for from the City <br /> Council) is $34,000.00 <br /> - Tentative line items were worked on, will be finalized <br /> and given to the City Council by August 15, 1990. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Linda Drilling <br /> LD /sb <br />
