r f <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Centerville Park and <br /> Recreation Committee held their regular meeting on November 14, <br /> 1989 at City Hall. Chairman Dixon called the meeting to order at <br /> 7:00 p.m. <br /> Motion by Kupfer, second by Dixon to approve the minutes of the <br /> October 10, 1989 meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Letters were mailed in August to Chamonix and Anoka County Parks <br /> as well as all merchants contributing door prizes thanking them <br /> for their cooperation. <br /> Received a bid of $3,100 for cement and block work. Work will be <br /> done weather permitting. <br /> Motion by Kupfer, second by Dixon to approve expenditure for <br /> cement and block work, motion carried unanimously. <br /> Park and Recreation will be in attendance of the November 29, <br /> 1989 City Council meeting. <br /> Kupfer will contact other communities to see if our Park <br /> Dedication fees and possible Trail Dedication fees are in line. <br /> Items for the December Newsletter: <br /> 1) Rink Hours <br /> 2) Ad for Rink Attendants <br /> 3) Ad for Park and Recreation Committee member <br /> No one can attend out of town one hour workshop during the week. <br /> The LAWCON (Minnesota Department of Trade and Economic <br /> Development) Grant Program is two months late. <br /> Motion by Kupfer, second by Dixon to adjourn meeting, motion <br /> carried unanimously.
