No minutes from <br /> October meeting, as Lloyd and Leon were the only ones who attended. <br /> ¢harlie Cheesbrough presented information from Hockey Association <br /> concerning two Mite teams who will be using ice rink. Each team will need <br /> approximately 1 hour practice time two nights a week. The schedule will be <br /> given to us once it is worked out. There is approximately 30 children <br /> composing the two teams. of that between 10 - 15 children are from <br /> Centerville. <br /> Mr. Cheesbrough made some requests, one concerned giving keys to coaches. <br /> Floyd represented the Park Committee in saying we would rather an attendant <br /> be at rink when the teams are here, whether it be practice or flooding, <br /> as we forsee possible problems if keys were given out. Mr. Cheesbrough <br /> would like to help with flooding of ice and will accept any instruction on <br /> our system of flooding. We will train his volunteers at the same time <br /> we instruct our attendants. Mr. Cheesbrough will be notified once this <br /> date has been established. <br /> Larry will check on the number of shovels for attendants and more will be <br /> purchased if needed. The feasibility of the use of the tractor on ice <br /> for snow removal will also be checked. <br /> TOT LOT - Royal Meadows - debris has been piled on the lot by Develop- <br /> ment. We will have Harvey remove it and charge the owners of Development <br /> for his time. Ti* pl*yground equipment is in. The installation of <br /> the swings and sIE,de will be top priority this Spring. Location of <br /> equipment should laid out on paper tefore,installation.
