Parks & Recreation Meeting <br /> Tuesday April 9,19 ; 7:15pm <br /> Presents Leon L'Allier Floyd Kruger <br /> Lloyd Welk Marcel Rivard <br /> Maureen Asleson <br /> Absents Larry Koch <br /> Minutes of March 12th meeting accepted. <br /> Eight residents from Royal Meadows came to meeting and agreed to help <br /> mow and supervise the proposed tot lot for their development. Those attend- <br /> ing also indicated they would help lay sod with 2 or 3 weeks notice. There <br /> are 6 children currently living in Royal Meadows, all under 6 years old. <br /> Marcel informed us that the lot designated as Tot Lot has equipment and junk <br /> still on it. A letter will be addressed to contractor to get the lot cleaned. <br /> Floyd made a motion to adopt the Bylaws as reviewed, with the deletion of <br /> Section E of Article V, on attendance. Lloyd seconded the motion and <br /> motion was carriedunnaninoaijiy.. <br /> Debbie Gonsior presented an explanation of our 2 accounts. Recreation <br /> Account being an expense account and maintenance account and Park Account <br /> is dedicated money used on Capital improvements, such as land and bleachers. <br /> The balance of these two accounts are as follows; <br /> Recreation Account Park(Account) Fund <br /> 1085 Budget $ 8,824 <br /> - $12,330 Balance <br /> bleachers $1,300 (dedicated - not yet purchased). <br /> $7,5 <br /> $14495. Rink expenditures <br /> Balance $6,088.84 <br /> Park Fund Balance brought much discussion, as Parks & Recreation Committee, <br /> did not have a budget until 1984. Debbie explained accountant could not <br /> just eliminate this figure. <br />
