Mr. Hughes <br /> advised that Dale Larson, Public Works Employee, had locked the <br /> warming house door on Sunday, August 4, 1991 after the Festival. <br /> But, on Monday it was open and the fire extinguishers had been <br /> released. No other vandalism was seen. <br /> New combination for lock: PAM; There were two keys missing. <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee would like the Public Works <br /> Department to re -seed the Water Tower Park this fall. <br /> Mr. Hughes should also finish the trail to Royal Meadows Park <br /> (timbers, vinyl and chips) immediately.
