Pursuant, to due call and notice thereof the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting <br /> at the City Hill on Tuesday, December 11, 1990. Chairperson <br /> Dixon called the meeting to order at 7 :10 p.m. Present: <br /> LeTendre, Drilling, Downing. Absent: Reisdorfer. <br /> Motion by LeTendre, second by Downing to approve the November 13, <br /> 1990 meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously. <br /> OTi) BUSINESS <br /> Hiring Of Rink Attendants <br /> The following candidates appeared before the Park and Recreation <br /> Committee to be considered for rink attendants: <br /> Ryan Houle 653 -1395 17 years old <br /> Jesse Ristow 429 -1926 15 years old <br /> Jay Smith 426 -4860 17 years old <br /> Matt Brewster, 426 -9283, 17 years old, was absent due to school. <br /> The Park and Recreation Committee hired Ryan Houle, Jesse Ristow, <br /> Jay Smith and Matt Brewster as rink attendants. <br /> The expectations of the position were told to the rink attendants <br /> regarding the following: <br /> - Machine care and operators <br /> - Concessions <br /> - Cleaning <br /> - Security <br /> - Drinking /drugs <br /> - Schedules <br /> Chairperson Dixon will get a copy of previous rules, and a <br /> special meeting may be called to review /update, and have the rink <br /> attendants sign. Request that Circle Pines /Lexington Police Department stop <br /> by the warming house at least one time per evening when on <br /> duty. <br /> 4. Write out instructions for machine operations. <br /> 5. Chairperson Dixon will call attendants when operation should <br /> begin. <br /> 6. Set up another meeting with attendants to review salary, <br /> schedule, machines, rules. <br /> 7. Decide on salary. <br />
