The City of •
Centerville and Anoka County Parks Department recommend this route.
Starting at your developments west plat line, the trail should cross the St. Paul Water Utility easement,
then turn north and proceed approximately 700 feet to the existing bituminous trail. The trail design
parameters include:
a. 10 -feet wide Class 5 Aggregate Base, 6" thick
b. 8 -feet wide Type 41B Bituminous Wear, 2" thick
c. Follow and match existing round contours to maintain drainage
d. Salvage Topsoil and re- spread along edges, seed as directed
Please keep us informed as to the progress on the trail improvements. Street construction within Hunters
Crossing is starting today and will take at least three (3) weeks.
