Piror to the meeting,
many of the members went out and looked at the altemate sites in the park.
er discussing the matter in more detail, the decision was to relocate
portable bathroom to the location number 4 on your map of the park. We
came to this decision, because we felt it met all parties requirements in a
location.
We also discussed standards regarding portable bathrooms in all parks in
Centerville.
The standards listed below will be implemented in 2001.
1.) Portable Bathrooms will be set back five feet from surrounding property
lines.
2.) Portable Bathrooms will be handicap accessible.
3.) Portable Bathrooms will be anchored to the ground, so that it can not
be turned over.
4.) Portable Bathrooms must be able to be serviced by vendor with a 10 to
15 foot hose.
5.) Portable Bathrooms will be covered by natural landscaped barriers.
Thanks again, for your on going interest in this issue. We greatly
appreciate your support.
Have a great weekend!
Doug Porter
Chairman
Parks & Recreation Commitee
1
