Bode explained that County Bank is requesting a larger, <br /> t. lr si: d i • cl • - a time and temperature reader board. The size exceeds Ordinance #4's sign <br /> r••• i • m - •.. aid the time and temperature reader board is not addressed. Mr. Bode explained that <br /> t - • -s t:t revised, schematic for the sign shows a two (2) foot taller sign than previously <br /> p ,o. o•ed and includes an instant cash sign below the main sign. Mr. Bode also explained that the <br /> pro: os- i sign would be approximately 26.58 feet tall and two hundred eleven (211) square feet in <br /> t.i size. <br /> The Planning and Zoning Commission denied recommending this variance and consensus was that <br /> the sign section of Ordinance #4 be amended to create a special sign district for commercial <br /> property located east of 20 Avenue and on both sides of Main Street. This would allow <br /> businesses to have similar signs to the City of Lino Lakes'. <br /> Mayor Wilharber opened the public hearing at 6:02 p.m. <br /> Page 1 of 14 <br />
