All in favor. Mr. Montain <br /> abstained. Motion carried. <br /> APPEARANCES <br /> Mayor Wilharber appeared at approximately 8:20 p.m. He commented on the next phase <br /> of Center Oaks and how more expensive the homes will be. This will also help in <br /> creating new businesses in town. <br /> UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Design Team — "Ideas in Action" <br /> Historical Markers — No report was given. <br />
