We need to <br /> establish a date to hold the "Dedication of LaMotte Park ". I would like to suggest <br /> the mid to end of May. This would allow us time to include the information in the <br /> May newsletter and the quarterly newsletter going out sometime in April. We also <br /> need to plan what type of refreshments and activities we will be offering at the <br /> event. <br /> Also included, you will find a list of past Park and Recreation Committee <br /> members, Council liaisons, and the intern who helped write the grants for the <br /> parks. Do you want to invite past and present public works employees? Can you <br /> think of anyone else to invite? Do you want to notify any media outside of our <br /> Local newsletter? <br /> I have enclosed a draft copy of the invitation for the dedication, for you to review <br /> and comment. <br /> Thank you! <br />
