Move sign board from Hwy. 14 to the city park location. Install six poles around the baseball diamond. Wire six poles to the new 480 volt service. Rewire the lights from 240 volt to 277 volt taps. Run wire inside of the pipe over to new service. Furnish and install 480 volt, 200 amp service at the location in the middle of the ballfield. Reinstall scoreboard next to the ballfield. No wiring of scoreboard at this point, but will run pipe over to it for future wiring. $12,772.00 Plus permit fee Addtional charges: If NSP would have any charges. Problems, if NSP will allow us to put service where we want to. U completion The materials and workmanship furnished under this proposal shall comply with the rules and regulations set forth in the National Electrical Code and all state and local regulations governing such work. The price quoted includes required insurance, and permit and inspection tees. Any changes in the above specifications shall be made in writing. and as evidence of agreement, shall be signed by both parties. The contractor shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage or delay due to causes beyond his control. If the purchaser disposes of the property by sale or otherwise before this contract has been fulfilled, the full unpaid amount of the contract shall become due and payable at once. All equipment and devices installed as a part of this proposal shall be guaranteed for a period of one year from date of completion except as otherwise noted, or in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty.
