ITEM 11— PROPERTY DEED OR APPRAISAL (S) <br /> Development projects must include the property deed(s) describing the entire park property. <br /> Acquisition projects must include a current original appraisal for each parcel to be acquired as <br /> part of their application. Appraisals must be performed by a qualified licensed appraiser and <br /> meet the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Appraisal will be <br /> reviewed, by the state; to be sure they meet applicable standards. If the appraisal is not accepted, <br /> the applicant will be contacted for additional clarification or modification. <br /> Relocation. If the property to be acquired involves the relocation of persons, the applicant must <br /> comply with the `uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of <br /> 1970 ". The law requires that relocation costs be provided for residential, commercial and <br /> industrial occupants of the lands that are being purchased for public use. <br /> Attached is required property deed and legal description of <br /> Laurie LaMotte Park <br />
