It outlines the different types of <br /> construction available. According to Mr. Benson, MN State Standards require either a <br /> Tier I or Tier II Classification. Most cities elect a Tier I. <br /> Tier I Parks require the following: <br /> • Must be under three (3) feet in height <br /> • No insurance stipulations <br /> • Minimum pad size of 110' x 60' <br /> • Asphalt or concrete pad <br /> • No staff required on site <br /> • Approximately $20k - $50k (depending on desires) <br /> Tier II Parks require the following: <br /> • Anything exceeding three (3) feet in height <br /> • Some insurance stipulations <br /> • Minimum pad size of 110' x 60' <br /> • Asphalt or concrete pad <br /> • Staff on site <br /> • Fence enclosure <br /> • Approximately $20k - ??? (depending on desires) <br /> True Ride has already installed skate parks in Chanhassen, Cloquet, Maple Grove, <br /> Shoreview, Northfield and Roseville.
