Your continued commitment to utilize our <br />services to help your community reach your desired goals and visions is greatly appreciated. <br />With the increasing challenges being brought on to our municipal clients by the existing economic <br />conditions together with the severe drop in local government aid we are proposing to have a zero <br />per4ent increase in our rate schedule for 2010. As you recall, last year's economic conditions <br />were similar and we took the same approach, holding our rates with no increase. With resources <br />being tight for everyone, we will continue to work to provide the best value solutions for each of <br />our clients' particular situation while keeping our technical capabilities innovative and efficient. <br />Enclosed please find our 2010 fee schedule.
