Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Administrator Evaluation <br /> Mayor Wilharber noted the Council met in executive session at their last meeting <br /> to discuss the City Administrator's evaluation. At that time, the Council elected <br /> to make adjustment determinations at the next meeting. <br /> Mayor Wilharber explained Mr. March is presently at grade level 10, step 7 and <br /> suggested moving Mr. March to step eight retroactive to his anniversary date of <br /> May 20 with a $5,000 bonus. He indicated the monthly $300.00 vehicle <br /> allowance would remain as established in 1999. <br /> Motion by Council Member Travis, seconded by Council Member Broussard <br /> Vickers to approve a pay increase for Mr. March to Level 10 Step 8 <br /> retroactive to his anniversary date of May 20 with a $5,000 bonus. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Accept Resignation of Public Works Employee Tim Danielson <br /> Summer Help for Public Works <br /> Accept Resignation of Park and Recreation Committee Member Michael Navin <br /> Motion by Council Member Broussard Vickers, seconded by Council <br /> Member Travis to approve the Consent Agenda as submitted. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> XL COMMITTEE REPORTS <br /> • Mayor Wilharber described the new patch for the Centennial Lakes police <br /> department to the Council Members. He also reviewed a Met Council <br /> estimate of the census information for the community. <br /> • Council Member Sweeney stated the Parks and Recreation Committee was <br /> a little concerned about Council's approval of park issues at the past <br /> meeting. He stated Wayne LeBlanc addressed this previously in the <br /> meeting. <br /> • Council Member Sweeney noted outfield fences are needed for the softball <br /> fields at LaMotte Park. He explained area businesses are being contacted <br /> for donations at this time. Council Member Sweeney noted the Parks and <br /> Recreation Committee did not have an issue with the fences but would not <br /> be able to support this issue financially which is why the city festival is <br /> 8 <br />
