v <br /> I ' <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br /> JUNE 6, 2000 <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City <br /> of Centerville held its regularly scheduled meeting at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Chairperson Brian Hanson <br /> Commissioner Rob Sheppard <br /> Commissioner Ray DeVine <br /> Commissioner Barry Brainard <br /> Commissioner David Kilian <br /> Commissioner John McLean <br /> ABSENT: Commissioner Al LaMotte <br /> Staff members present: Council liaison Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> City Administrator Jim March <br /> * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Brian Hanson called the meeting to order at 6:34 p.m. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST — COUNTY BANK <br /> Greg Owens, (President, County Bank) was present to explain the proposed site plan for <br /> County Bank and temporary trailer location. Mike Kraft, Shea Architects, explained the <br /> presented site plan and location of the property (corner of 21 Avenue North and Main <br /> Street). Mr. Kraft briefly discussed signage and proposed location of same. Mr. Kraft <br /> stated that business was anticipated to begin in late August early September. Mr. Owens <br /> was eager to resolve the placement of a city monument within the next 45 days. Mr. <br /> Owens firmly believes that the permanent building will need future expansion and the <br /> architects have taken that into account. <br /> Mr. Owens requested that County Bank be allowed to conduct business out of the <br /> temporary trailer for the period of one year. Discussion ensued regarding the necessity of <br /> anchoring the temporary trailer and County Bank agreed to follow all code in place <br /> regarding this item. Mr. Owens stated that banking hours would be Monday — Thursday <br /> 8:30 — 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 — 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 — 12:00 p.m Mr. March <br />
