He also shared the following information: <br /> • The "sign" subdivision has been revised. <br /> • The accessory building structures will be 200 square feet or 2% of the lot size. <br /> • The home occupation section has been modified. <br /> • Mixed use criteria for the downtown. <br /> • Set backs will be governed by the building codes, to incorporate reduced set backs in the <br /> downtown area. <br /> Mr. Rehbine stated the above listed items were good for the downtown, and would like to see a <br /> covenant in the ordinance requiring 50 -foot lot lines, <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> SNOWMOBILE ORDINANCE <br /> Mr. Montain added this agenda item. Mr. Montain shared his feelings about the recent public <br /> hearing. Mr. Montain voiced he was not impressed on how the City handled the situation or how <br /> the press took hold of it.
