Council Member Nelson added that she would request a refund of $90 in depreciation <br /> costs versus the $50 proposed. <br /> Motion by Council Member Nelson, seconded by Council Member Sweeney to accept the <br /> Amacomp proposal upon acceptance of changing the $50 refund to $ 90 refund, along with <br /> requesting a refund for $201, which is the difference for the cost of the two components; <br /> totaling a $291 refund to the City from Amacomp. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> Consideration of Resolution 00 -01 Appointments <br /> Motion by Council Member Nelson, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers to <br /> approve the Resolution 00 -01 Appointments. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Police Commission <br /> Mayor Wilharber reported there has been one resident who has expressed interest in filling the <br /> Tri-City Police Commission vacancy.
