This would be a very generous donation to
the community. I wanted to have in writing the specific items that you are interested in
donating to the City.
We would also be interested in your scoreboard, ag -lime, and field fencing if you are
looking for a way to dispose of those items. The City thanks you for your generosity and
looks forward to having your family move into the community. I will have the mayor
publicly thank you for any donation that you make at the upcoming LaMotte Park
dedication this summer.
Please check below the items that you wish to donate to the City and send this letter back
in the self - addressed, stamped envelope. These items will be removed at the expense of
the City. We will make arrangements to move whatever items you wish to donate in a
timely manner. Please call me if you have any questions.
Ballfield lights
Scoreboard
Ballfield fencing
Field ag -lime
•
Sincerely,
T March
ity Administrator
cc.
