CITY LICENSES—ANIMAL The City is currently licensing dogs, cats and ferrets for the 2010-2011 periods. Please bring in your current vaccination information and we will gladly license your animal. Fees are spayed/neutered—$10.00 & unal- tered—$20.00. If you have any questions, please contact us. PROTECT YOUR PIPES Extreme winter temperatures threaten to freeze water services and meters. Avoid the disaster of frozen pipes this winter by ensuring your water meter stays free of obstruction and is in a heated environ- ment until the end of March. If your home is being foreclosed, please winterize or leave the heat on in the home. Call the Public Works Department at 651-429-4750 for more information. HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE FACILITY The Anoka County Household Hazardous Waste Facility is for use by Anoka County residents. Businesses, schools and other organizations may NOT use the HHW facility. There is no charge to use the site. Please bring identification, such as a driver's license, as proof of residency. Veolia Environmental Services (formerly Onyx Environmental Services) operates the Hours of operation: household hazardous waste facility under contract to Anoka County. At each clinic we have new Bell bike helmets available for purchase for $10* for both children and adults. If you already own a helmet, we can check to make sure that it fits properly. We encourage parents to join us and set a great example for their kids. Clinics are adver- tised in the ABC Newspapers for Anoka County.
