City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />December 29, 2009 <br /> <br /> <br />a.Dangerous & Potentially Dangerous Animals <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed the draft on dangerous and potentially dangerous <br />animals stating Staff is currently working with the cities of Circle Pines and Lexington to <br />change the ordinance to be adopted in January 2010. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers stated she would not be in favor of adopting an <br />ordinance with the other cities if they were not interested in adopting as strong of an <br />ordinance that the City of Centerville has created. City Administrator Larson replied <br />Staff would determine that the other cities are moving forward prior to bringing this back <br />to City Council. <br /> <br />b. City Council February Work Session <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson suggested that the City Council schedule a work session for <br />February 2010. The City Council discussed with the consensus being, Staff will schedule <br />a work session to follow the first regular City Council Meeting in February 2010. <br /> <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Paar, seconded by Broussard Vickers to adjourn the December 29, 2009 <br />City Council Meeting at 7:51 p.m. All in favor.
