City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />December 9, 2009 <br />City Administrator Larson reported a tobacco compliance check had been completed and <br />that all businesses in the City that are licensed to sell tobacco passed the check. <br /> <br /> <br />b.One Unsuccessful Liquor Compliance Check <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reported an alcohol sales compliance check had been <br />completed and one business in the City that is licensed to sell alcohol failed the check. A <br />hearing on the license violation is scheduled for the next meeting of Council. <br /> <br />Commission Updates <br /> <br />Councilmember Broussard Vickers reported on the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />Meeting. <br /> <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br />X. <br /> <br />Motion by Broussard Vickers, seconded by Love to adjourn the December 9, 2009 <br />City Council Meeting at 8:24 p.m. All in favor.
