<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />November 23, 2009 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on November 23, 2009, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: <br />Mayor Mary Capra <br /> Council Member Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher <br /> Council Member Jeff Paar <br />Council Member D. Love <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br />None. <br /> <br />STAFF: <br />City Administrator Dallas Larson <br /> City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the November 23, 2009, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br /> <br />1. Delinquent Sewer and Water Accounts <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson reviewed background information on the Delinquent Sewer <br />and Water Accounts. <br /> <br /> Mayor Capra opened the Public Hearing at 6:32 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated she would leave the Public Hearing open for a short period in the <br />event that any residents appeared to speak. <br /> <br />There being no speakers Mayor Capra closed the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Paar to approve <br />closing the public hearing at 7:10 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Mayor Capra made the following additions to the Agenda: <br /> <br /> <br />
