<br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION – PENDING LITIGATION <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 27, 2010 <br />FOLLOWING THE REGULARLY SCHEDULED COUNCIL MEETING OF 6:30 <br />P.M. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, <br />that the City Council of the City of Centerville will <br />meet on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at their regularly scheduled Council Meeting at <br />6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The Closed Executive Session will commence <br />immediately following the regularly scheduled Council Meeting. Council will be <br />discussing pending litigation.
