(12/04) The southerly pipe has a +/- 1 sq.ft.
hole and a 1 sq.ft. area of major damage approximately midway through the pipe on the south wall, a piece of plate steel
has been placed on the outside of the pipe to prevent infiltration. (12/05/) The southerly pipe should be inspected by a
Structural Engineer. (8/07) In a report prepared by Bonestroo & Assoc. dated 5/4/06 following their inspection they state the
overall condition of the structure is good. The damage to the south culvert does not appear to be serious enough to cause a
structural deficiency.
964 CRITICALFINDING 2 11 -02 -2009 1 EA 1 0 N/A N/A N/A
01 -20 -2009 1 EA 1 0 N/A N/A N/A
Notes: (11/06) No critical findings noted.
985 SLOPES 2 11 -02 -2009 1 EA 0 1 0 N/A N/A
01 -20 -2009 1 EA 0 1 0 N/A N/A
Notes: (1998) severe erosion at drainage outlets depositing sediments in the channel.
